	Job Description:
	This role represents an exciting opportunity to be part of the Operational Improvement centre support function. Reporting director to the Head of Operational Improvement, on a day to day basis the successful candidate will facilitate mange and coordinate improvements to key processes in various segments of the business. They will ensure that detailed plans to improve Quality, Cost and Delivery are effectively deployed and delivered to achieve tangible business benefits. This will typically involve leading work streams and identifying opportunities in workshops along with coaching responsibilities to apply the Lean Sigma methodology. Some travelling/overnight stays maybe required. Experience in Lean Six Sigma would be preferable. The successful candidate will ideally be Lean accredited with a proven background of effective operations management, although further training will be provided where required.
